Reschedule a delivery

Were you out or unavailable when the delivery driver arrived to deliver your parcel to your home?

No problem. If your e-tailer has chosen this option for you, Colis Privé lets you reschedule your delivery.

What if your e-tailer does not offer this option? In that case, you can collect your parcel directly from the nearest pickup point where our delivery driver will have left it.

All the information about your parcel is given on the delivery notice left by the delivery driver and the notification that you have received by email or text.

Please note: you have 10 working days to reschedule your delivery and 8 days to collect your parcel from the pickup point. After this, your order will automatically be returned to the e-tailer.

What options are available to you?

Colis Privé offers you several options. You can:

Have your parcel delivered to your home

On the date of your choice between 1 p.m. and 9 p.m.

Have your parcel delivered to a third party

On the date of your choice between 1 p.m. and 9 p.m.

Please note: if you opt to have your parcel delivered to a person you trust, this person must have the same postcode.

Have your parcel delivered to a partner pickup point

Partner pickup point near you.

What should you do?

Rescheduling your delivery is quick and easy:

Go to the home page of our website and enter your parcel number  and your postcode.

You will be redirected to the delivery history of your order. On this page, click on “Agree a delivery date”.

You can then reschedule your delivery by choosing from among the options offered by Colis Privé. Then click on “Next” and enter the information requested.
