    What our delivery partners say

    Kris,
    KP&CO

KP&CO was founded by Kris in 2001 as a one-man business before becoming a company in 2006. It now employs 47 people full time and has around 25 sub-contractors, so it sends about 70 drivers out on the road every day.

KP&CO has been with us ever since Colis Privé Belgium was launched. The company has many years of experience and an in-depth knowledge of the sector, so delivering is second nature to it. Kris keeps a skilful hold on the reins of the company and now mainly takes care of HR and customer relations.

Colis Privé: How would you describe your collaboration with Colis Privé?

Our cooperation with Colis Privé is great and we are pleased to have been part of this project since the start of Colis Privé in Belgium. The transparent cooperation between our manager and the Colis Privé people is especially nice to see.

CP: What qualities are required to be a delivery driver?

The main thing is to have the patience to cope with the heavy traffic every day. Punctuality and being polite to customers are vitally important, as well. Virtually everyone can learn to do the work itself, but I think you already need to have the right attitude to a great extent.

    BSC

Rachid and Mohamed launched BSC in 2011 after 12 years gaining experience in logistics, years that gave them the opportunity to get to know the different fields in the profession. The brothers share the tasks, with Mohamed heading administration and invoicing while Rachid takes care of the commercial department, hiring and operations. With two networks, BSC has several direct delivery customers and Colis Privé is their only e-commerce home delivery customer. They are always ready to face the many challenges that arise in the transport sector. They keep a cool head and prefer to see solutions where others could see difficulties.

Colis Privé: How would you describe your collaboration with Colis Privé?

The first thing that comes to mind is our flawless collaboration with Colis Privé, a very good understanding, payments made on time, empathic, friendly staff who don’t back you into a corner. The mindset focused on solutions rather than problems. Challenges come up every day, but we work together to find ways of achieving our goals, whatever happens. We do our best and we see that it’s appreciated.

CP: What qualities are required to be a delivery driver?

You have to be firm and clear headed. For us, the main thing is that EVERYTHING necessary is done between taking charge of the parcel and delivering it to the customer. Whether it’s making the delivery, the organisation, following procedures or safety, everything must be done so that the parcel reaches the customer properly. You have to want to do a good job. It might not seem so, but it’s a profession that does things thoroughly and you have to be able to anticipate and improvise, as well. It’s not always easy, but when you know that the parcel has reached the correct destination, you can tell yourself that the effort you made was not for nothing.
