What are the maximum dimensions for a parcel?
For home delivery or delivery to a pickup point, the maximum dimensions are:
- Length + width + height: 150 cm
- Longest side: up to 100 cm
What is the maximum weight of a parcel?
- For home delivery, the maximum weight of a parcel is 30 kg
- For lockers and pickup points delivery, the maximum weight of a parcel is 20 kg
What goods are ineligible for transport?
