Are you expecting a package via Colis Privé Belgium or Luxembourg, but the estimated delivery date has passed? Don’t worry—several factors may explain this delivery delay. Here’s how to identify your situation and the steps to take quickly.
Step 1: Check your parcel status online
Go to www.colisprive.be and enter your tracking number along with the delivery postal code to know the exact status of your shipment.
Case 1: The parcel has not yet been handled by Colis Privé
The status shows “Parcel expected by Colis Privé.” This means that:
- The parcel is still with your e-merchant
- The parcel is in international transport
- The parcel is awaiting customs clearance
In this case, Colis Privé is not yet managing your package. We recommend contacting your e-merchant directly for more information.
Case 2: The parcel has been taken in charge by Colis Privé
The parcel is being routed through the Colis Privé delivery network.
The delivery date is usually met within 48 hours.
If the delivery delay has exceeded 4 days, contact our customer service via www.colisprive.be for personalized support.
Case 3: An incident has been reported in the tracking
If your tracking shows an incident (wrong address, inaccessible location, blocked parcel, etc.), checks are being carried out to resolve the problem.
You will be informed of updates by email or SMS as soon as possible.
Step 2: File a claim for delivery delay
If you haven’t received any notification and the delay persists, you can file a claim online:
- Go to www.colisprive.be
- Click on “File a claim”
- Fill out the form with the requested information
A response will be provided within a minimum of 4 business days.
