At Colis Privé, we understand that flexibility and proximity are important to you. That’s why, depending on your e-merchant’s options, you may sometimes be able to select the pickup point that suits you best. Here’s how it works:
Your e-merchant does not offer a second delivery attempt
If a new delivery attempt is not included in your webshop’s agreement, your package will automatically be directed to the pickup point closest to the original delivery address.
This pickup point is chosen based on proximity, availability, and opening hours, to ensure you can collect your package quickly and easily.
Your e-merchant allows you to reschedule the delivery
In this case, as soon as you receive the delivery notice, you can choose a pickup point from those available in our network. To do this:
- Go to our website www.colisprive.be
- Click the “Reschedule my delivery” button
- Select the pickup point of your choice from the available options
You will find all practical information there: address, opening hours, location on the map… everything is designed to help you make an informed and convenient choice.
What if the chosen pickup point is closed?
No worries. If the pickup point you selected is temporarily unavailable, your package will automatically be redirected to the nearest available pickup point.
This ensures continuity of service and allows you to collect your package as quickly as possible.
