Colis Privé Belgium is committed to keeping you informed at every stage of your parcel’s journey, via email or SMS. However, these tracking messages depend on the personal information (email address, phone number, etc.) provided by your e-merchant, as well as the communication method chosen for the delivery service.
Why didn’t I receive a delivery notification?
Here are the main possible reasons:
- Incorrect or incomplete contact details
Your e-merchant provides Colis Privé with your personal information necessary for parcel delivery: email address, phone number, postal code, etc.
If one of these details is incorrect or missing, you will not receive our delivery notifications.
In this case, you can still track your parcel online at www.colisprive.be by entering your 12-character parcel number (letters and numbers) along with the postal code of the delivery address. - Notifications managed by the seller
Some e-merchants prefer to handle updates themselves and send them to you directly.
In this case, we invite you to check your customer account on the seller’s website or contact their customer service to get information about delivery, parcel status, or the estimated delivery date. - Messages marked as spam
Sometimes our notification emails (such as delivery attempt notices, confirmation emails, or tracking links) are redirected to your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
Be sure to check these folders and add Colis Privé’s email address to your contacts to ensure proper reception of our tracking messages in the future.
How can I track my parcel without notifications?
Even if you do not receive notifications by email or SMS, you can still track your parcel online via our delivery tracking service:
- Go to www.colisprive.be
- Enter your parcel number and the postal code of the delivery address
- View the delivery steps and the current status of your shipment
This service is available at any time and allows you to follow the shipment, transportation, relay point handover, or home delivery of your products/orders.
