I received a delivery notice in my mailbox

If you were absent when the delivery of your parcel was attempted, a delivery notice has been left in your mailbox, or you received a notification of the first delivery attempt by email or SMS. Several options are available depending on the instructions indicated on this notice:

Your package will be dropped off at a pickup point
If the delivery driver has checked the box “Your parcel will be dropped off at a pickup point,” no action is required on your part. You will receive a notification by email or SMS informing you of the date your package will be available and the address of the pickup point where it has been delivered. This solution allows you to collect your package at your convenience within eight days, according to the pickup point’s opening hours.

Your package has been left with a neighbor
If the box “Your parcel has been left with a neighbor” is checked, the delivery notice indicates the name and/or house number of the neighbor who received your package. This information is also available in your online parcel tracking. This option facilitates receiving your package during your absence by leaving it with a trusted nearby person.

A new delivery attempt is scheduled
If the box “We have your package” is checked, this means your e-merchant has opted for a second delivery attempt. To reschedule this delivery, go to your parcel tracking and select a new date using the rescheduling button. Available options include:

  • Home delivery on a later date

  • Delivery to a pickup point of your choice

  • Delivery to another address within the same postal code

Attention: If you do not request a second delivery within 10 days, your package will automatically be returned to the sender.
